Titan Marketing brought me on board as a copy specialist for their client, Ivy Rehab, who needed email marketing communications to boost attendance at an upcoming physical therapy event.

How did you reach client objectives?

My research and ideation process included:

• Advocating a reader-first email strategy built on value and relevancy.

• Revising copy for conciseness and clarity to increase open rates and readership.

The main challenge with this email strategy was communicating the necessary information while keeping the copy reader-focused and concise.

In the email example below, I accomplished this by starting the conversation with a benefit the target segment would find interesting. I paired event details with program perks, so the reader would know what to do next and see the value in their attendance.
