For Raven’s skincare launch, I planned and created drip flow emails by answering the following questions:
When is the email being sent? What stage is the recipient at on their health journey?
What should we say (and how should we say it) to turn skeptics into patients and to build trust?
Which design templates should be used for the best experience and readability?
Where does the click lead? Do we need additional web copy for the email content?
Through a combination of patient-first messaging, AI support, and A/B testing, my email strategy generated significant results for the business.
