For Raven’s skincare launch, I planned and created drip flow emails by answering the following questions:

  • When is the email being sent? What stage is the recipient at on their health journey?

  • What should we say (and how should we say it) to turn skeptics into patients and to build trust?

  • Which design templates should be used for the best experience and readability?

  • Where does the click lead? Do we need additional web copy for the email content?

Through a combination of patient-first messaging, AI support, and A/B testing, my email strategy generated significant results for the business.
