What was the goal of the copy refresh?
When communicating about clinical services, it can be easy to sound distant when the goal is to connect. To better resonate with potential patients and drive conversion, I combined a warm, professional tone with targeted language around common pain points.
What was your creative process?
My creative process involved:
Basing copy decisions on customer research to speak to what women actually care about.
Positioning the brand as an elevated healthcare experience, helping women overcome traditional barriers.
Using Claude as an additional perspective, guiding draft feedback with clear prompts to get the best result.
Writing keyword-optimized FAQs with Claude and fact-checking answers with the medical team.
Collaborating with the web designer on design changes to improve the user experience and align with the new copy.
